1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Floors.live (the "Service"), operated by Hakol Tools (the "Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Floors.live is an online tool for designing event floor plans. The Service allows users to create, edit, share, and export event layouts, including seating arrangements, equipment placement, and spatial planning. The Service includes a free plan and paid plans with advanced capabilities.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Plans and Payments
The Service offers a free plan with limited features and paid plans with expanded capabilities. Payments are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' advance notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its design, code, graphics, and content, belong to the Company. Users retain ownership of the content they create using the Service, including layouts, designs, and data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) upload offensive, harmful, or illegal content; (c) attempt to access systems or data without authorization; (d) interfere with the operation of the Service; (e) use the Service for direct competition or reverse engineering.
7. Sharing and Collaboration
The Service allows sharing layouts with others via links. When you share a layout, you are responsible for setting the access level (view or edit). We are not responsible for changes made by users who were granted edit access.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide a reliable and available Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from Service unavailability.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the website or sent via email. Your continued use of the Service after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and its content. We reserve the right to delete content from terminated accounts after 30 days.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
